Functionality

 

I can't get the program to calculate. What's wrong?
 

All ParanzaSoft programs feature auto-calculation, so that there's no need for a Calculate button. To trigger a calculation, make sure that all fields contain valid input.

You can find out what values a field accepts by placing the cursor over the field: after a few seconds a Help Tag will appear.

Please note that for dates, the year needs to be entered with four digits, e.g. "10/6/2004".

   
Will there be a Windows version?
 

No. We have no plans to develop for Windows.

To run our software you need a Mac. Macintosh computers are the best-designed computers on the market, and handle every common computing task as well as, or better than, a Windows PC.

Registration

 

How do I register?
  For a description of the registration process, open the Help for the program that you want to register.
   
The program doesn't accept my registration code!
 

Your registration code consists of both a user name and a serial number. Enter both exactly as they appear in your payment receipt.

Copying the registration code from your Email application usually works fine. However, there have been problems with some versions of Mail that copied extra hidden characters, thus making the registration process fail.

When this happens, please enter the serial number manually.

To make sure that you're using a serial number that matches the application you're registering:

  Register with the serial that starts with
  Car Lease CL
  FinKit FK
  FinFlow FF
  FinLease FL
   
I've lost my serial number. What now?
 

For purchases made via eSellerate, please visit eSellerate's After-Purchase Services; enter the email address that you used for the purchase and your order history will be emailed to you.

For purchases made via Kagi, please use Kagi's Payment Query System.

Contact us if neither of these avenues work for you.

 

Upgrades and updates

 

I noticed that a newer version is available. Is there an upgrade fee?
  No. ParanzaSoft doesn't charge for upgrades.
Just download the new version and enjoy!
