Main results
FinLease calculates the following four main results:
Periodic
payment
The amount of a regular periodic payment. Percentages for step up, seasonal and step down payments are calculated using this value.
Total
paid
The total of all regular, advance, step up, seasonal, step down and residual payments.
Amount financed
The total lease cost which is the total of equipment cost and the applied points.
Total
interest
The total of all interest fractions of the periodic payments.
