Tools menu

The Tools menu lets you set general compute options, edit, reset and clear payment options, and switch between the Amortization Schedule and Details view.

General Options...

Opens the General options dialog.

Advance...

Opens the Advance payments dialog.

Step Up...

Opens the Step up payments dialog.

Seasonal...

Opens the Seasonal payments dialog.

Step Down...

Opens the Step down payments dialog.

Residual...

Opens the Residual payment dialog.

Reset All...

Lets you set all payment options for advance, step up, seasonal, step down and residual payments to none.

Clear All...

Lets you set all payment options for advance, step up, seasonal, step down and residual payments to none and clears all stored payment option values such as percentages and amounts to zero. Use with caution!

Amortization Schedule

Switches to the Amortization Schedule view for the active document.

Details

Switches to the Details view for the active document and provides an overview of all lease details.
