File menu

The File menu lets you create, open, save and close lease documents, save as a text file, and print, preview or save calculation results as PDF files.

New

Creates a new lease document.

Open...

Lets you open a previously saved lease document.

Save

Lets you save the active document.

Save As...

Lets you save the active document with a different name.

Save As Text...

Lets you save the current document's settings and results as a tab-delimited text file which can be opened by other applications such as a word processor or spreadsheet program.

Note: FinLease will not overwrite an existing file if it's open in another application. If you want to use the same name as an existing file, make sure that the file isn't open before saving.

Close

Closes the active document.

Page Setup...

Opens the Page Setup dialog and lets you specify the printing format and quality.

Print...

Opens the Print dialog and lets you print, preview or save calculation results as PDF files.
