Info and Print

The Info & Print tab provides fields that you can use to enter additional lease info.

Here you can also indicate whether FinLease should print the amortization schedule, details and info fields.

To set the defaults used when FinLease creates new documents, choose the Preferences command in the FinLease menu and edit the values in the Info and Print tabs.

Title

Enter a title for the current document. Leave this field blank if you do not want the title to appear in printouts.

Date

Enter the version date for the current document. To quickly enter the current date, press Command-"-" (hypen).

Prepared by

Enter your name or the name of your company. You can enter a default value in the FinLease Preferences.

Prepared for

Enter the name of the person or company for whom the document is created.

Note

Enter a short note or a disclaimer. You can enter a default value in the FinLease Preferences.

Rate

Uncheck this checkbox if yo do not want the rate info to appear in printouts.

Amortization

Uncheck this checkbox if yo do not want to print the amortization schedule.

Details

Uncheck this checkbox if yo do not want to print the lease details.
