Lost serials

The quickest way to retrieve a lost serial is to use the support system that was set up by the payment processor.

eSellerate

For purchases made via eSellerate, please visit eSellerate's After-Purchase Services; enter the email address that you used for the purchase and your order history will be emailed to you. Please note that all purchases made via the integrated option were handled by eSellerate.

Kagi

For purchases made via Kagi, please use Kagi's Payment Query System.
