Preferences

To edit the FinKit preferences choose the Preferences command in the FinKit menu and open the Preferences dialog.

The FinKit preferences are divided into four groups: General, Copy, Rounding and Precision. Select the group of preferences you want to edit by clicking the corresponding tab.

General

General preferences let you save window positions and input values when quitting.

Copy

Copy preferences let you copy values when switching between calculations and format results copied to the Clipboard.

Rounding

Rounding preferences let you set percentage roundings. Use the Currencies window to assign currency roundings.

Precision

Precision preferences let you override the rounding of calculation results and increase the number of displayed significant digits.
