General preferences

To edit the FinKit general preferences choose Preferences in the FinKit menu and open the Preferences dialog.

Then click the General tab.

Save positions when quitting

Select the windows you want to reappear in the same location when FinKit is opened.

Save values when quitting

Select the input values you want to save before quitting FinKit. At startup FinKit will automatically enter the last used values in the selected fields.

FinKit Tables folder location

Select the folder where you want FinKit to store your variable interest tables.

Depending on whether you have write privileges the possible choices are:

•	Documents folder
•	Application Support folder
•	FinKit folder
