Bank Holidays

The Bank Holidays calculation provides you with an overview of the holidays that fall on a weekday in a given year.

The dates are calculated based on the published and observed dates as provided by the different national institutions. Since these dates may change in view of special events (e.g. the special UK holidays for 2011 and 2012) or adjusted for convenience (e.g. the adoption of the Happy Monday system in Japan) they are provided as a likely guess as to when they might occur in the future.
